Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not a clearance or final sale product

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at contact@ddydads.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. 

Note:  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Socks, hats, or undergarments (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as final sale
